Your coffee is roasted to order and dispatched within 48 hours of your purchase. Standard delivery across the UAE takes 1–3 working days. Free delivery is available on all orders over AED 150. For orders under AED 150, a delivery charge of AED 20 applies.

We currently deliver to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman. Delivery times are typically 3–5 working days. Shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at salma@cnccafe.ae or WhatsApp +971 52 115 3889 and we will resolve it immediately.

All orders are packed carefully to protect your coffee during transit. Our bags are resealable and designed to maintain freshness from the moment they leave our roastery.
